The team byline

Articles bylined "GetCoreTech Editorial" are written and edited by our in-house team, listed below. A team byline doesn't mean nobody is responsible: every article has an editor who confirms its sources were checked before it goes live, and who owns any correction afterwards.

Articles under this byline come from the GetCoreTech editorial desk rather than a single named writer. How we use AI and verify facts is documented on our AI disclosure page. Every article by GetCoreTech Editorial.

How an article gets published

  1. Research and draft. The writer gathers primary sources. AI tools may help with legwork, never as a source (see the AI use disclosure).
  2. Source check. Every quote and figure is traced to its original and listed in the article's Sources block. Key claims get an evidence label.
  3. Editorial checklist. The publishing system blocks an article until it has an author, sources confirmed as checked, a source behind every Measured, Reported or Forecast claim, and the rest of our pre-publish checks.
  4. Review, when there is one. If a second person reviews the piece, they are credited by name. We never show a reviewer who didn't review.
  5. After publishing. Errors are fixed with a dated note on the article and an entry in the corrections log.

The full standard is on the methodology page.
